There are two persons. One of them has been there for a long time. They are waiting for something. Days, months, years pass. Everything is frozen. Water, ice, thistles, roses. Swans are fighting bulls. They talk. They remember. Do they know each other? What are they waiting for?
\nAs time passes, they think about what really is important in life and are drawn into fantasies, dreams and fears. And then one day, finally\u2026

\nRegrets is NewOpera CO’s new work. It is an electronic opera that wants to explore what happens when sung dramatic text resides in electronic sound worlds. The drama takes place in three different rooms that shift the relationship between actor and spectator in different ways.
\nRegrets is about regret, about different life choices, about guilt, about reconciliation, about the fact that we are all going to die, and that the journey there goes faster than most of us want to realize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regret<\/i> that the title speaks of is about trying to put life back together, using fragments of memory and dream scenes.
